Stained Glass Art by Carol Russell began in 1985 specializing in custom installations as well as gift items in glass. Now known as Frizzante Stained Glass, Carol works with her 2 daughters creating custom work for both homes and businesses, while also showcasing one of a kind, dichroic glass jewelry pieces.
Stained Glass Art Studio has been located in the Mills since 1998.
