My work is an obsession with colors and experimenting; a desire for movement; hard lines for protection; space to grow; and texture to feel something. It is controlled chaos that is dear to me. Life is filled with uncertainty and we have little control over anything but ourselves. My art reflects a paradox between a desire for freedom while finding comfort in control. I let my intuition guide me and don't spend time thinking about where the work is going until I get to a point of interest and take a step back.
